Ports sind Bestandteil des TCP/IP Protokolls und bieten die unterschiedlichen Dienste und Services auf einem Rechner zu nutzen.
Die bekanntesten Standard Ports sind:

Im Zuge von Fido-over-IP haben sich die folgenden Ports und Dienste als Standard Ports etabliert:

Die Ports sind Standard Empfehlungen. Abweichungen müssen in der Nodelist mit den IP Flags angezeigt werden:
